To estimate a hull state including a steering angle with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A hull state estimation device comprises an observed value receiving part 21 and an estimation part 22. The observed value receiving part 21 receives an azimuth signal indicating a hull azimuth. The estimation part 22 inputs the azimuth signal into the state estimator to output the hull state including at least the steering angle when the hull azimuth signal is input and estimates the hull state including the hull steering angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
