Abstract:
To provide a human resources matching system, human resources matching program and method which support employees to engage in a side job, while enabling a user to adequately manage the employees.SOLUTION: A human resources matching system includes a management server 1 which includes user information registration means 11, group registration means 13, employee information registration means 12, and job seeking information reception means 14. The user information registration means receives and registers user information. The group registration means receives group request information sent from a user terminal of a user identified with the user information and registers multiple users requested to form a group in the group request information, as a group. The employee information registration means receives employee information on an employee working for the user identified with the user information and registers the employee information in association with the user information.
