Abstract:

To provide a humanized antibody (e.g., antibody binding to ICAM-1), a method of use thereof and a method for producing the antibody.

The antibodies includes, for example, a sequence having a V_H domain and V_L domain selected from HumA, HumB, HumC, HumD, HumE, HumF, HumG, HumH, HumI, Hum40 and Hum50. A partial sequence of the antibody (e.g., single chain fragment, Fab fragment, Fab' fragment or (Fab)₂ fragment) that binds ICAM-I is provided.
