To enable a control of a humidification amount in a humidity control and ventilation device equipped with a moisture permeable diaphragm.
The humidity control and ventilation device comprises: an air supply passage RS; an air exhaust passage RE; an air supply fan 15; an air exhaust fan 16; a sensible heat exchanger 17; a moisture permeable diaphragm humidification unit 23; and an auxiliary heater 24. The air supply passage RS supplies air from the outside of a room to an indoor side. The air exhaust passage RE discharges air from the inside of the room to an outdoor side. The air supply fan 15 is disposed in the air supply passage RS. The exhaust fan 16 is disposed in the air exhaust passage RE. The sensible heat exchanger 17 is disposed to bridge the air supply and air exhaust passages to perform heat exchange between air passing through the passages. The moisture permeable diaphragm humidification unit 23 is disposed in the air supply passage RS. The auxiliary heater 24 adjust a temperature of air passing thorough the moisture permeable diaphragm humidification unit 23 to control the humidification amount by the moisture permeable diaphragm humidification unit 23. The auxiliary heater 24 is controlled depending on temperature and humidity of a room temperature and outside air.
