Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent possible misoperation at the time of starting the operation by storing and retaining respectively the control target voltage value, the motor power source voltage value and the supply quantity of husks to a husking roll while the operation is continued.
CONSTITUTION: A valve opening degree sensor 55 for a husked rice quantity control valve, a husk sensor 58, a current value sensor 59 for a husking motor 34, a power source voltage value sensor 60 for the husking motor 34, a husking rate setting device 61, push button type on-off switches 62 and 63 for adjusting the clearance of husking rolls based on the operation of a husking rate motor 7, a load indicator 65 and a husking motor protection circuit 66 are connected with a husking rate control circuit 67, and the control target current value, the power source voltage value and the valve opening degree are stored in a motor 64 and respective sections are controlled based on the stored husking state as a starting point. When the operation is discontinued, the control target current value, the power source voltage value and the valve opening degree at the time of discontinuing the operation are stored and retained in the motor 64 so as to reproduce the husking state at the time of discontinuing the operation based on the stored data as a reference when the work is restarted.
