Abstract:
To provide a hutch cover construction for a small planing boat having a hinge construction that does not cause noticeable clearance between a hutch cover and a hull, without providing a hull side with a recessed portion with a small radius of curvature.
In this hutch cover construction for a small planing boat where a hutch cover 50 is openably/closably adhered to a hull 100 side on the surface of the small planing boat P through a hinge device H, a hinge device of the hutch cover 50 is constituted with the hinge device H having a double action mechanism that a hinge shaft 1a as a rotation center of the hutch cover 50 operates so as to separate from a hull surface F side according to progress of opening action of the hutch cover.
