To provide almost the same operation feeling in the case of cruising by electric equipment as in the case of cruising when driving an engine in a hybrid system capable of switching driving modes of by the engine, cruising by the engine and the electric equipment and cruising by the electric equipment.

This hybrid system is constituted of the engine 2, a motor 5 and a power transmission device 3. The system has the driving forms of the cruising by the engine 2, the cruising by the engine and the motor 5, and the cruising by the motor 5. When the cruising by the motor 5 is performed, the motor 5 is driven by a target number of revolution set in advance in also a neutral state.
