Abstract:
To reduce abnormal noise which is generated when starting an internal combustion engine from a stationary state or a low vehicle speed state, in a hybrid vehicle.SOLUTION: A control device of a hybrid vehicle, which controls the hybrid vehicle mounted with an internal combustion engine and an electric motor as power sources, is configured to: perform motoring of the internal combustion engine while decreasing an opening degree of a throttle valve initially, in starting the stopped internal combustion engine; then start firing to increase the opening degree of the throttle valve; and set a period of time during which the opening degree of the throttle valve is decreased in starting the internal combustion engine further shorter when a necessary condition that a current vehicle speed is a low speed below a threshold is satisfied, in comparison with when the necessary condition is not satisfied, and set a speed at which the opening degree of the throttle valve is increased further lower.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
