Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid vehicle and a control method therefor capable of increasing a recovery amount of energy of a motor-generator when the vehicle travels on inertia.SOLUTION: A hybrid vehicle includes: a hybrid system 30 having a motor-generator 31 connected to an output shaft 13 that transmits power of an engine 10; a transmission 20 to which the power of the engine is transmitted; and a control device 80. Further, in the case of the motor-generator regeneratively generating power when traveling on inertia, the control device sets a gear stage of a transmission on the basis of a rotation speed of the motor-generator so that a rotation speed of the motor-generator matches a pre-set given rotation speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
