Abstract:
To provide a hybrid vehicle in which resonance of an endless power transmission element can be suppressed while deterioration of fuel economy is suppressed.SOLUTION: The hybrid vehicle is provided that comprises: an engine; a power generator; a control device; and an endless power transmission element transmitting power from the engine to the power generator. When a target engine speed is in a resonance region of the endless power transmission element during an interval when an engine speed is increased from a first engine speed to a target engine speed, the control device once increases engine speed to a second engine speed higher than the target engine speed from the first engine speed, then, reduces the engine speed from the second engine speed to the target engine speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
