Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a hydraulic composition for a bright building material capable of producing a glossy bright building material such as a pottery tile in a high quality and at a high yield by injecting into a mold.
CONSTITUTION: This composition for a bright building material is composed of 1 pt.vol. of a principal component, 1-4 pts.vol. of a lightweight aggregate, water and an additive agent. The principal component is composed of 80-90.5 pts.wt. of a hydraulic material, 3.0-5.0 pts.wt. of aluminum hydroxide, 1.0-3.0 pts.wt. of sodium bentonite, 1.0-3.0 pts.wt. of an alkali metallic salt of stearic acid, 3.0-6.0 pts.wt. of urea, 0.5-1.5 pts.wt. of an alkali metallic salt and a water repellent.
