Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the composition which has excellent flow performance and concurrently, the component material separation of which can be controlled by mixing a hydraulic composition contg. calcium hydroxide as a hydraulic component with one of polycarboxylic acids.
SOLUTION: This composition is an aqueous mixed material which contains calcium hydroxide as a hydraulic component and has a 50 to 80wt.% solid content and also, in which one of polycarboxylic acids is mixed so as to adjust the viscosity to 100 to 20,000 centipoise. As the polycarboxylic acids, although there is no special limitation, well-known polycarboxylic acids employed as superplasticizers for concrete can generally be used and representative examples of these polycarboxylic acids are a copolymer of an unsaturated chain hydrocarbon and a salt of an unsaturated carboxylic acid such as maleic acid, a copolymer of a salt of acrylic acid and an acrylic ester, etc.
