Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain economical concrete with high durability which holds high fluidity within an prescribed working life at the early stage of the production and exhibits high-early-strength and desired practical strength after gelation.
CONSTITUTION: The hydraulic compound material in which early-strength-cement having ≥5000cm2/g solid particle specific surface area is used as a principal material, is properly mixed with other Portland cement and is mixed with the water content which is the water to cement ratio of at least 0.25-0.4 by weight basis of the mixed cement composition and a surfactant of ≤2.0% by purity basis having high slump retention property, respectively, together with aggregate, is produced. This material holds a sol state during 90 minutes at the initial stage of the production and exhibits ≥300kgf/cm2 compression strength at one day age after gelation.
