Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the interference due to the fluctuation of pressure between each control pressure by adjusting and setting pressure of oil discharged from an oil pump and make change-over timing of set pressure of each control pressure proper. SOLUTION: In a hydraulic controller 27, line pressure Ps which is supplied to a secondary pulley 9c of a continuously variable transmission 9 is set in such a manner that it is low when a torque converter 7 is locked up and connected and it is high when the torque converter 7 is released, and a difference in pressure between each pressure Pc and PL is set to about 1.5kgf/cm<2> in a control valve 29 which adjusts pressure of clutch control pressure Pc supplied to an apply side of a lock up clutch 7c from drain pressure of the line pressure Ps and a control valve 50 which adjusts lubrication pressure PL supplied to a release side of the lock up clutch 7c from drain pressure of the clutch control pressure Pc. Each pressure Pc, PL is changed over by operation oil pressure from a timing valve 55 which detects the lock-up connection and the release in such a manner that it is low at the time of the lock-up connection and is high at the time of release.
