Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic cutter used when cutting off a wire such as an overhead power line in indirect hot line work and provided with a side slip prevention mechanism against the wire.SOLUTION: A side slip prevention mechanism against a wire is provided on each side of a blade body of a hydraulic cutter 1. This side slip prevention mechanism is configured by providing a pair of rotating plates 16 on both sides of at least one of a pair of blade bodies 11 for cutting off the wire and forming a plurality of wire holding groove parts 17 in a surface facing the wire (electric wire) of each rotating plate 16. Alternatively, a slip prevention mechanism may be also provided in a lower portion where the two blade bodies cross each other (near a rotation fulcrum). This slide prevention mechanism may be configured by fixing fixture plates 21 to both sides of the lower portion where the two blade bodies cross each other and forming a plurality of groove parts in an upper surface (surface facing the wire near the rotation fulcrum at which the two blade bodies cross each other) of each fixture plate 21. Preferably, the abovementioned groove parts are inclined in a direction different from an extension direction of the wire in each of the corresponding plates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
