Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic master cylinder device for a handlebar vehicle which allows a pair of lever brackets to be easily produced and a number of man-hours needed to process a hydraulic master cylinder to be reduced.SOLUTION: A pair of lever brackets 2c, 2d are protrusively formed at a cylinder body 2a, a rotation base part 3a of a control lever 3 is inserted into a space part E1 between the lever brackets 2c, 2d, and a pivot 9 is attached to an overlapping part of the rotation baas part 3a and the lever brackets 2c, 2d, so that the control lever 3 is rotatably mounted to the lever brackets 2c, 2d. The cylinder body 2a is formed in a die-casting process, the space part E1 between the lever brackets 2c, 2d is formed in a hole-casting process with a casting mold, and opposing faces F1, F1 of the pair of lever brackets 2c, 2d are each formed inclining radially outward from a cylinder hole 2h in a gradually separating direction.
