An adhesive layer FM between a joining part SP of a bearing mounting member 12 and the bearing sleeve 13 as a hydrodynamic bearing member is composed of a first adhesive layer FM1 of an external stimulation adhesive cured by the heating or the irradiation of ultraviolet ray, and a second adhesive layer FM2 of an anaerobic adhesive, and the first adhesive layer FM1 is stably solidified under a temporarily fixed state by the second adhesive layer FM2, whereby the use of the anaerobic adhesive is reduced, the generation of outgassing is inhibited, an used tool can be simplified, and further high joining strength can be achieved by the external stimulation adhesive.
