Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material which exhibits high liquid crystal aligning property and high transparency after cured film formation.SOLUTION: A hydrogen bonding cured film forming composition with photo-alignment property contains a polymer having a repeating unit with a photo-aligning group, and having one or more groups selected from a CONHgroup and a COOH group only in a repeating unit other than the aforementioned repeating unit as a component (A) and a solvent, and further satisfying (I) written below. (I): The hydrogen bonding cured film forming composition with photo-alignment property further contains a polymer in which further a urethane bond exists in a side chain of the component (A) when the one or more groups selected from the CONHgroup and the COOH group of the component (A) are only COOH groups, or which has at least one selected from a CONHgroup and a urethane bond in a repeating unit as a component (B), an essential component.SELECTED DRAWING: None
