Title:
Hydrogen residue sensor
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6282301
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen residual quantity sensor with which it is possible to measure a hydrogen residual quantity with high accuracy by a simple structure.SOLUTION: A hydrogen residual quantity, arranged in a space where a hydrogen residual quantity changes, includes a container for measurement for accommodating a hydrogen storage alloy for measurement. The container for measurement comprises: a deformation member having an opening at least part of which opens and which is capable of deforming the hydrogen storage alloy for measurement due to absorption/discharge of hydrogen, installed in a state of being partly at fixed position in the container for measurement arranged in the space, and elastically deformable upon propagation of deformation of the hydrogen storage alloy for measurement through the opening; and a detection unit for detecting the elastic deformation of the deformation member, whereby it is possible to obtain a hydrogen residual quantity sensor having good responsiveness and high accuracy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
