Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hydrophilic polyurethane-based resin having excellent adhesiveness to various materials, water absorption properties, fog resistance, transparency, flexibility, writing properties of aqueous ink, water resistance, blocking resistance and lubricity.
SOLUTION: This hydrophilic polyurethane-based resin is obtained by reacting an organic polyisocyanate with a high-molecular weight hydrophilic polyol or polyamine, a compound containing at least one or more active hydrogen groups and one or more tertiary amino groups in the same molecule and optionally a chain extender, contains 0.1-50 eq/g tertiary amino group and has 5,000-500,000 weight-average molecular weight.
