Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrophilic treatment method capable of hydrophilizing excellently the surface of an object to be treated without using a film-formable resin, while suppressing secular deterioration of a hydrophilic effect; and to provide a set of surface treatment liquid used preferably in the hydrophilic treatment method.SOLUTION: After treating the surface of an object to be treated by first liquid containing a water-soluble (A1) resin having an anionic group and/or a cationic group, and (S1) a water-containing solvent, the surface of the object to be treated is treated by second liquid containing (A2) an ionic compound and (S2) a water-containing solvent.SELECTED DRAWING: None
