Abstract:
PURPOSE: To freely regulate the hysteresis width by providing a spool valve in which the pressing force by a spring acts on one end and the pressing force of a single rod type piston acts on the other end in a casing, so that the spool valve can be switched.
CONSTITUTION: A spool valve 7 in which the pressing force of a spring 5 acts on one end and the pressing force of a single rod type piston 6 acts on the other end is provided in the inner part of a casing 1 having an inlet port 2 for a pilot fluid, an outlet port 3 for the controlled pilot fluid, and a tank port 4. This spool valve 7 is moved to a first position 7a when the pressing force of the spring 5 is larger than the pressing force produced in the piston 6, and to a second position 7b in the reverse case. Both side chambers 6a, 6b of the piston 6 are mutually connected in the first position 7a, and the rod-side chamber 6a and the head-side chamber 6b are connected to the tank port 4 and the inlet port 2, respectively, in the second position 7b to regulate the hysteresis width.
