Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card and an IC card processing system capable of preventing fraudulent act such as falsification and alteration. SOLUTION: In this IC card processing system consisting of the IC card and an IC card processor applying various processing to this IC card, the IC card is provided with a subtracting processing means subtract-processing numerical data stored in the storing means accordingly to first key data from the IC card processor and an adding processing means add-processing numerical data stored in the storing means accordingly to second key data from the IC card processor. Then, by giving necessary key data to the IC card processor, the IC card processing function of this IC card processor can be limited.
