Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a sintered ceramic having high uniformity, phase stability and a large B constant and a method for producing a ceramic having high stability and sensitivity for a specified temperature region based on such a system. CONSTITUTION: A sintered ceramic for stabilized temperature thermistor of such a substance system as containing manganese characterized of containing a basic oxide is fired along with a mixture of SrCO3 and Mn2 O3 or Mn3 O4 . Aqueous suspension of fixed mixture oxide is then added with (x) mol. of a hydroxy oxide, as a dopant, and pressure molded.
