PURPOSE: To provide a switch for use in the control portion of various equipment, etc., which has a long stroke, provides good touch at control and is excellent in heat resisting characteristics and easy to assemble.

CONSTITUTION: A common terminal 1 having locking portions 1a, 1b and a separate terminal 3 are embedded into the respective portions of a terminal board and an inner frame portion 4c and a tongue piece 4a are provided by trimming of an approximately rectangular cross section. The switch comprises a cross board 4 having the free end portion 4b of the tongue piece 4a and one end of the inner frame portion 4c locked to the respective locking portions 1a, 1b of the common terminal 1 in such a manner as to be capable of rolling, a pressing portion 8 for pressing near the other end portion of the cross board 4, and a case 6 for enclosing the above members, and so can be provided as one having a long stroke and providing good touch at control.
