PURPOSE: To superpose a seat pad with a pad wire annularly laid and a seat wire positioned so as to correspond to the pad wire on top of each other for contact.
CONSTITUTION: A standing piece 2 is erected on a base 1, and a laterally projected stopper 4 is formed at the upper section of the piece 2. Also, a holding piece 10 faced and approximately parallel to the piece 2 is formed so as to be movable in a vertical direction. Both wires W1 and W2 are inserted in a gap between the pieces 2 and 10 and, then, the piece 10 is elevated to close a gap formed with the stopper 4. Furthermore, a push bar 15 is forcibly moved upward until coming in contact with the stopper 4, and both wires W1 and W2 are superposed on each other, thereby being positioned. Thereafter, the wires W1 and W2 are bundled.
