Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the molding margin with reference to an outward- appearance characteristic and an optical characteristic of a resin substrate in an injection molding operation.
CONSTITUTION: Chromium layers 2 in 50 to 200 are formed on the whole face on the side of an information-signal formation face of a stamper 1 for an optical disk or on an information-signal formation face on which a resin flows in an injection molding operation or on both faces including its back. Alternatively, a plasma etching treatment is conducted to oxygen after that.
