Abstract:
In order to accelerate reading in a random access memory, there is provision for anticipating one or more of the prior operations of the sequence of operations performed in respect of this reading. This anticipation consists in carrying out this or these operations during the end of a sequence of a previous reading. The targeted operation is preferably the deselecting of the bit lines of the memory.
