PURPOSE: To enable a person ordinarily using spectacles to use a display device without anxiety by providing an armor cover with a holding part which can hold the spectacles.

CONSTITUTION: The display device 1 is provided with the armor cover 4 where a display part for a right eye 2 and a display part for a left eye 3 are incorporated, a band-like flexible band 5 and a fixed band 7 connected to the band 5 and provided with a curved part 6 whose one part is fixed to the cover 11. A tray part 9 formed to be flat is provided at the upper part of the cover 4 and a clip 10 formed to be U-shaped and provided with elasticity is provided near the curved part 6 of the band 7 at the tray part 9 and at the almost central part of the tray part 9. Besides, the inside surface of the clip 10 is processed so that the frame part of the spectacles is hardly damaged. Therefore, the spectacles can be held by the clip 10 by interposing a part between both eyes of the frame of the spectacles. Besides, the spectacles can be easily and quickly attached and detached.
