CONSTITUTION: A film substrate 14 is provided with wiring patterns 16, 17 of copper foil or the like. Contact protrusions 18 arc provided by plating, for example, on the rear surface of the wiring pattern 16, 17 at the inner end part. A plurality of contact protrusions 18 are arranged along the L-shaped protrusions 32a, 32b, provided on a substrate 32 underlying the liquid crystal panel 31, so that the contact protrusions 18 corresponds with connection terminals provided on the surface of the L-shaped protrusions 32a, 32b.
