PURPOSE: To provide a keyboard device which is variable in key stroke as an operator desires.
CONSTITUTION: The keyboard device is constituted by arranging a bottom plate 2, a membrane sheet 3, balloons 4, a stopper 6 which is coupled with a key 5, a frame 7, a rubber spring 9, and the key 5 in order. The balloons 4 corresponding to the key 5 provided to the keyboard device, a connecting tube 10 coupled with the respective balloons 4 is provided, and a pump and an opening/closing valve are provided at specific places. After the membrane sheet 4 and a curl cord are connected to a control board which processes signals inputted from the keyboard, a curl cord presser, a top case, and a bottom case are put together to constitute a keyboard unit.
