Abstract:
The subject matter of the invention is a clamping device for securing thin covers on cylinders with gripper systems and a gripper bump rail in a sheet-fed rotary printing machine, the cylinders having a cylinder gap which extends axially and parallel to the axis of rotation and in which the beginning and end of the covers are received. Arranged on axially movable adjusting bars (1, 15) are a plurality of clamping elements (16) which are prestressed via springs (5) and actuate clamping strips (7, 7a) during the axial movement of the adjusting bars (1, 15).
