CONSTITUTION: This conduit cleaner 60 has a driving power unit 64 constituted by connecting a nozzle 63 to the rear end of a fluid pressure type motor. The driving power unit 64 accepts a cylindrical body 68 within a holder 65 consisting of a frame 66. A cutter blade assembly 74 is mounted at a free end 71 of a motor shaft 72 and the circumference of the driving power unit 64 is provided with plural skids 82 apart spaced intervals in a circumferential direction.
