CONSTITUTION: A curved sandwich panel 10 is formed by inserting a first core and a second core between surface materials 18. The first core is formed of a plurality of rodlike elements 12 arranged in parallel in a predetermined curved state, and a coupling member 14 for coupling the elements. The element 12 is preferably a parallel plywood having a plenty of processability. The member 14 is preferably nonwoven fabric of synthetic fiber such as rayon, etc. The second core is a curved wavy paper core 16.
