Abstract:
To provide a method for constituting and confirming an IC card capable of confirming the legality of the IC card with which a module provided with an IC chip is embedded in a sheet-shaped card member.
A chip ID is stored in an IC chip 13 of the IC card, a module ID is applied to a module 14 of the IC chip, outer and inner side ID 15 and 16 are applied to the surface and inside of the card and by reading and collating these ID, corresponding to whether they are in a prescribed correspondent relation or not, the legality of the card is confirmed.
