Abstract:

To provide an IC socket capable of executing more simply operation inspection of an IC device, in a simpler fashion.

The IC device 1 has a constitution, equipped with a support part 10 for supporting an IC device D; prescribed logic circuits 11, etc., connected to terminals D1, etc., of the IC device D; power supply terminals 12, 12 for supplying the power to the prescribed logic circuits 11, etc.; control terminals 13, 13 for controlling the prescribed logic circuits 11, etc.; and external connection terminals 14, etc., connected to the prescribed logic circuits 11, etc., for inputting a signal into the IC device D via the prescribed logic circuits 11, etc., or for outputting a signal from the IC device D.
