Consequently, an appropriate space 53 is formed between the outer peripheral surface of the shaft 34 and the inner peripheral edge section 47 of the fin 45. Therefore, the screw 33 can be cleaned easily, because dust, etc., hardly gather between the fin 45 and shaft 34.
