To provide an ice making device capable of highly accurately and stably manufacturing and supplying an ice particle; and an ice particle blast device capable of supplying ice particle slurry of the accurate concentration in response to the supplied ice particle.

This ice particle blast device is composed of an ice maker 1 for rotatably inserting and journaling an auger screw 24 for spirally forming a cutting blade 23 inside a refrigerating casing 20 for installing an evaporator 21 on the outer periphery and discharging ice frozen on an inner wall surface of the refrigerating casing to the outside as a flaky ice particle 25 by shaving off the ice by the cutting blade; an ice particle mixing tank 2 for uniformly mixing the ice particle by an agitating propeller 17 by supplying the flaky ice particle from the ice maker and water from a water supply pipe 4 and maintaining the preset concentration by always measuring the concentration of the ice particle slurry 27 in the tank by an attached ice slurry concentration sensor 14; and an injection gun 11 for injecting the ice particle slurry of the proper concentration sent from the ice particle mixing tank 2 toward a workpiece surface.
