Abstract:
To provide an ID reading system which can reduce the rate of occurrence of a reading error, whose processing cycle time is increased and which can be simplified.
This system is provided with an ID reading unit 4 mounted on a robot arm 3 and an ID information confirming means for confirming ID information for ID information display read by the unit 4 as data at the time of sending the ID information to the next process. According to this configuration, an ID can be read at a close distance to reduce the rate of occurrence of a reading error, and the processing cycle time of the ID reading system is increased and the system is simplified because an external camera is not needed any more.
