PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly identify identification information even when attached to a dielectric substance.SOLUTION: An identifying body comprises: a ground pattern 30 that is laminated on one face of a base substrate 10; and an antenna 20 that is laminated on the other face of the base substrate 10 facing the ground pattern 30 and faces the ground pattern 30 to cause the appearance of a resonance peak.
