Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform the fill addition in a simple way after detection of an underline.
CONSTITUTION: A coding/decoding processing part 5 writes the code data for each block and also sets an EOL pointer which shows the position of the final line termination code EOL included in a block. Then the part 5 turns on a write flag of the block after the write is through in the block. A communication control part 7 reads out the data on the block where the write flag 7 is turned on and then reads the next block as long as the write flag of this block is turned on when the block data is read up to a point before the EOL pointer. Meanwhile the part 7 transmits continuously the fills until the write flag is turned on as long as this flag is kept turned off.
