To provide an image data processor capable of adding a predetermined pattern to the predetermined area of an image which can be quickly operated even when boundaries (contours) become complicated and long.

The image data processor is constituted by including a plurality of pieces of pixel data relative to a plurality of pixels and processes image data for displaying an image constituted of the plurality of pixels. The image data processor includes: an image acceptance means for accepting the image data; a processing decision data storage means for storing processing decision data which are data indicating whether or not pixel data relative to each pixel is processed according to positions of each pixel in the plurality of pixels constituting the image; a decision means for deciding whether or not decision pixel data included in the image data accepted by the image acceptance means and being pixel data to be decided are processed on the basis of the processing decision part; and a processing means for performing predetermined processing on the decision pixel data when it is decided that the processing means performs the processing.
