Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virtual image display device which can display a virtual image utilizing a portable terminal.SOLUTION: A virtual image display device 200 includes a base portion 3, a combiner 5, a short-range radio communication tag 6, a portable terminal holding portion 7 and a crip portion 9. On the portable terminal holding portion 7, a portable terminal 100 having a display 110 displaying a guide image Im is mounted. The combiner 5 reflects light constituting the guide image Im, and allows an observer to see the guide image Im as a virtual image. The short-range radio communication tag 6 is provided on the portable terminal holding portion 7, and sends type information Ik for performing horizontal inversion display of the guide image Im displayed by the portable terminal 100 provided on the portable terminal holding portion 7 with respect to the portable terminal 100. The clip portion 9 is connected to a ball link 35 provided on the base portion 3. The ball link 35 holds the clip portion 9 so that the clip portion can be rotated with respect to the base portion 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 21
