This coordinate input device has: a coordinate input member 5 allowing input in an X-Y direction; a function input member 7 disposed below the coordinate input member 5, having a plurality of function input parts 8 allowing the function input different form the input of the coordinate input member 5; and an image display part 12 capable of displaying input information inputted by the coordinate input member 5 or the function input member 7. The image display part 12 displays a plurality of virtual input parts 13 as shown in the two-dot lines each corresponding to the function input part, in a semitransparent state.
