A product in a short item specification part 105 specifies a product ID of a product in short supply on the basis of stock information, purchasing information, and sales information. An image information extraction part 106 acquires an area ID corresponding to the product ID specified by the product in short item specification part 105 from a display information DB 120, acquires a photography time of day and a monitoring camera ID corresponding to the acquired area ID from the retention information storage part 104, and extracts the image information stored in the image information storage part 102 in association with the acquired photography time of day and the monitoring camera ID. A display part 107 displays extracted image information.
