Abstract:
To prevent an image file from being redundantly recorded.
In an image file device 10, the storage date of an image file stored in every memory card 2 is stored as an image file storage history. When the memory card 2 is loaded on the image file device 10, the final storage date of the loaded memory card 2 is read. When the time stamp of the image file recorded in the memory card 2 is behind the final storage date, it is considered that the image file has not been recorded in the image file device 10. The image file is recorded in the image file device 10.
