Abstract:
To provide an image formation device capable of suppressing deterioration of productivity while suppressing occurrence of jam.SOLUTION: An image formation device 100 comprises a conveyance mechanism 3, a position acquisition part 8, a discharge tray, an alignment member 731, and a control part 10. The conveyance mechanism 3 conveys a recording medium along a conveyance direction. The position acquisition part 8 acquires a position of the recording medium conveyed by the conveyance mechanism 3. The alignment member 731 aligns an attitude of the recording medium discharged to the discharge tray by moving between a standby position and an alignment position. The control part 10 acquires a deviation amount showing difference between a first center position of the discharged tray in a width direction and a second center position in a width direction of the recording medium discharged to the discharge tray on the basis of the position of the recording medium acquired by the position acquisition part 8. The control part 10 decides the standby position at a first position or a second position apart from the first center position than the first position in accordance with the deviation amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
