PURPOSE: To improve operability at the time of a cassette change by providing a handle part drawing a cassette from a main body on one side surface of the casette, and providing a handle part for removal on the other cassette side surface.

CONSTITUTION: A handle 27 for drawing a cassette 15 from a device main body 1 is provided at the vicinity of the side surface lower end of the front side of a sheet cassette 15. And a handle 28 for drawing the cassette 15 to the outside of the main body is provided at the vicinity of the lower end of both side surfaces in parallel to the drawing direction. A projection 32 for receiving is provided on the front side end part of the guide part 31 of the cassette 15 provided on the body 1, and a projection 33 is provided on the inner part side end part of the bottom surface of the cassette 15. When sheets are supplied, the cassette 15 is drawn out along the part 31 with the handle 27, stopped at the position where projections 32 and 33 are engaged, and sheets are supplied. When the cassette is changed, the handle 28 is held in the drawn state of the cassette 15, and the cassette is raised in a good balance and drawn out with projections 32 and 33 removed since the handle 28 is near to the position of the center of gravity.
