PURPOSE: To save resources and to reduce running costs by recovering a recovering block, exchanging the block with a fresh block, combining this block with a recycling block and mounting the combination to a device body.

CONSTITUTION: This image forming cartridge is constituted of the recovering block 9 constituted by connecting a developer casing 2 and a waste toner casing 3 and the recycling block 10 disposed in the upper part between the developer casing 2 and the waste toner casing 3. The recovering block 9 and the recycling block 10 are separably combined. The image forming cartridge 1 is taken out of the device body and the recovering block 9 is recovered when a certain image forming means is worn or is deteriorated in performance. This block is exchanged with the fresh block and the recycling block 10 is combined therewith. The cartridge is then mounted to the device body. The image forming means of the recycling block 10 is effectively utilized to its life in this way and the resources are saved. In addition, the running costs are reduced.
