To achieve print processing when the publication rank of an image is embedded in the image as a watermark.

In an image-forming device, a decoding means recognizes a publication time limit by decoding publication time limit data embedded in the image as a watermark. A comparison means determines whether the image is formed based on the decoded publication time limit for controlling a print means. In a printer driver mounted to a terminal connected to the image-forming device, the decoding means decodes the image data in which the publication time limit data are embedded as the watermark for recognizing the publication time limit. The comparison means determines whether the print control means is started based on the publication time limit decoded by the decoding means.
